Hello and a warm welcome to the 2017-18 year in my studio, offering lessons in Caronport and Moose Jaw. It blesses my heart to reflect on my first two years of teaching in this area. Thank you for your contributions to a wonderful, thriving studio life!

 

You can anticipate two annual recitals: a Christmas recital, and a year-end recital. You can anticipate borrowing and purchasing more music this year as the more I read and research other successful piano studios around the world, the more I see the importance of the student having tons of music around to play. Think of how reading literacy is aided by having novels and books around the home. So it goes with piano!

 

If you are interested and I haven’t brought it up with you, feel free to ask me if your child might be a good candidate for studies and examinations with the Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) or for competing in the Saskatchewan Music Festival Association’s local festival in Moose Jaw.
