Missed Lesson Policy

 

If the student is unable to make it to a lesson, please let me know as far in advance as possible. Because I count on this income you will still be charged for that lesson. This lesson can be made up at another time with no added cost, when:

• another student cancels and I email offering their slot

• I offer a specific make-up lesson day

• I offer a "Piano Party" (group lesson as make-up)

​

My hope is that you will get more than your money’s worth out of our piano lessons!

 

If I, as the teacher, cancel a lesson I will reschedule with no added cost, or I will reimburse the tuition paid.
